What’s about the HG 4/4 in Chur?

The locos are dismantled in DFB shops in Chur. Each part is to be marked, then arranged and prepared for cleaning and renovation or new contruction. The method of cleaning, be it washing, sandblasting or simply derusting, is determined on the spot. For all that work we require help and labour and we ask for them. The renovation of the various components, the repairing or the manufacturing by ourselves or delegated, is also determined on the spot.

When the dismantling is completed a plan for the financial expenditures to be expected can be established. The work planned will not require any funds. To complete the work that requires help by third parties, and which consequently has to be paid for, the 1000er Club  is founded for financial background. Work for HG 4/4   really started in summer 2005
